Covid — 19 statement regarding your treatments

What I require from you:

Ask yourself these questions: have you had a cough? Have you had a fever? Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms within the past week? Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined? If the answer is yes to any of these questions you must cancel your appointment and follow NHS guidelines. I will also be asking you these questions again on your arrival.
Please ensure you have washed your hands before you leave your house.
No more than 1 person per appointment meaning you must come alone and unfortunately no children can come with you.
Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment – do not arrive early and do not arrive late.
There will NO longer be toilet facilities at Carly’s Cabin.
You will be required to use hand sanitiser on entering Carly’s Cabin (this is supplied)
You will be required to wear a face cover on entering Carly’s Cabin (this can be supplied if you do not have)
You must use hand sanitiser on leaving the cabin (this is supplied)
If you arrive for your appointment unwell, I will be unable to carry out the appointment, however you will still be charged for the appointment. (this is the ONLY time I will charge)

I will wear a face mask and shield plus any treatment specific PPE for your protection.
As always, I will wash hands before and after every client and wear fresh gloves for every appointment.
New disposable couch covers for each client (I will no longer be using towels)
Between Appointment times will be much larger to allow for deep cleaning between clients and to ensure no crossover of clients.
If you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with anyone who is at risk of covid 19 you MUST cancel your appointment even if last minute (there will be NO charge for this.)
If I am unwell or have been in contact with covid 19 I will also be required to cancel your appointment and I will reschedule as appropriate.
